Happy weekend!

Workflow Diagrams - Coming Soon

Two weeks ago I said we were making a bet: automate the prep, protect the collaboration. The prep part shipped - now, clients can upload documents and answer questions to make the rote part of discovery simpler.

But once the basic questions are answered, you get to collaboration - figuring out the gnarly stuff together.

Workflow diagrams are a big part of that process for many teams (it’s much easier to see what’s wrong with a flow when you can visualize it end to end rather than reading through a list of requirements).

But workflow diagrams are annoying to build, and even more annoying to maintain.

So, we thought Glossa could help. If you create workflow diagrams today, or if you think they’d be helpful for one of your current projects, let’s chat.

What We Shipped This Week & What's Coming Next

This week:

  • Project-specific notifications - when a client approves, flags, or comments on a requirement, only the people assigned to that project get notified. (Thank you Diamond for this one!) Manage notification assignments on the project dashboard.

Coming next:

  • Notifications when files are done processing - it is annoying to check and refresh. So we are going to email you (and notify you in-app) when it’s time to review what Glossa created.

  • Workflow diagrams - so you don’t have to create and maintain these bad boys by hand

  • MCP - last week, I heard good feedback (thank you!) - so this is officially on the list

Weekend Testing

  • Do you want to see an early version of workflows in your project? Let me know and I'll run it for you. All feedback welcome!

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out with questions, opinions, ideas!
