SOW Checker (shipping next week!) - Cross-reference your live requirements against your project’s SOW to catch two things:
scope items you haven't captured as requirements yet (aka forgot to ask about in discovery)
requirements that don't map to anything in the SOW (aka scope creep, before it becomes a problem)
Our goals here are simple: facilitate early conversations about scope, before you get to build. And have your back on what’s included, because things are busy and sometimes you forget stuff!
Library Feedback
Last week we released the Library, and this week I’ve been getting tons of feedback. A few themes are emerging:
Category Tags - many of you work across multiple products or project types, and want a way to segment Library categories so it's clear which capabilities belong where
Pre-Seeding Projects - for the kinds of projects you do over and over, it should be possible to start a new project with a baseline set of requirements already in place, so discovery becomes a confirmation exercise rather than a blank slate
More than anything, though, I’m hearing that the Library is working: you’re building it out, and growing the foundation to make work repeatable. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the reception - thank you to the many, many people who have helped build this out. And (always!) keep the feedback coming - it's making the product better every week.
