I love requirements. Getting them defined, aligned, and crisp is really hard to do - and it's also THE most important thing in an implementation project. If your requirements are unclear or misaligned, no matter how good your build and data migration teams are, you're gonna have a bad time.
I learned that by doing implementations myself, many years ago; I built Glossa because requirements are too important (and too difficult) to manage unassisted. Glossa helps delivery and PS teams turn discovery into clear, aligned requirements faster, so projects stay in scope, unpaid change orders are eliminated, and clients get the outcomes they were promised in the sales cycle. Under the hood that means capturing requirements straight from conversations, catching contradictions, and building a library of repeatable work.
Before Glossa, I launched Nonprofit Cloud Fundraising as a product manager at Salesforce and ran product at AgentSync. I'm also on the Fundraising.AI Advisory Council.
