It’s been a big week in Glossaworld!
What We Shipped
The Library: I've been talking about it for months, and … it's finally here!! (in beta) If you’ve ever felt like you’re reinventing the wheel every project, or you don’t have a clearly defined “standard” offering - the Library is built for you.
The Library is a collection of modular building blocks of work you’ve already done before. It defines the “standard” offering - and it grows with your projects.
Glossa automatically maps your project requirements against the Library - so you can see what’s standard, what’s a stretch, and what you’ve never done before for each project, automatically.
Try it - it only takes a few minutes of importing past SOWs to build out your Library. Tell me what you think!
Tasks are gone: We removed Tasks from the product. Every feature has to carry its weight, and Tasks was not. If you were using Tasks and will miss them, let me know.
SOW Checker sneak peek (oops): Some of you may have noticed a new SOW Checker tab appear briefly this week. Our mistake! Sorry for the tease - it's coming soon and it'll be worth the wait.
What We’re Working On
SOW Checker - Upload the SOW for a project, and we’ll cross-reference with your requirements - so you can catch scope creep before you build, and so you don’t miss anything before you wrap up discovery.
Outcomes - No one decides to implement new software just for fun. Sales conversations are all about the business outcomes that the client hopes to achieve with the investment - but those outcomes are almost never shared with delivery. That means that the people doing the work don’t know the goals of the project! We’re fixing that.
As always, don’t hesitate to reach out with questions, feedback, or ideas. Have a great weekend!
